Data Retention

We retain personal data only for as long as necessary for the purpose for which it was collected, taking into account our contractual, legal, security, and operational requirements.

As a general rule:

  • general inquiries and form submissions may be retained for up to 12 months after the related communication has ended;
  • project and quotation inquiries may be retained for up to 24 months after the last relevant communication;
  • employment applications are normally retained for up to 6 months after the recruitment process has ended, unless a longer retention period has been agreed for future opportunities;
  • client and project information may be retained for the duration of the business relationship and afterwards where necessary for support, project documentation, legal obligations, or the establishment, exercise, or defence of legal claims;
  • technical and security logs are generally retained for up to 90 days, unless longer retention is necessary to investigate a security incident, misuse, or technical problem;
  • backup copies are retained according to our backup rotation and security procedures and may temporarily contain information that has already been removed from active systems.

Google Analytics 4 (GA4) user-level and event data is retained for up to 14 months, according to our configured data retention settings. The retention period is reset when new activity associated with the user occurs.

Where applicable law requires information to be retained for a specific period, we retain that information for the period required by law.

When personal data is no longer required for its original purpose or another applicable legal reason, it is deleted, anonymised, or removed from our active systems in accordance with our data retention procedures.

Cookies & Analytics

Our website uses cookies and similar technologies that are necessary for the operation of the website and, with your consent where required, for analytics and measurement.

We limit access to personal data to recipients who require it for a defined purpose and, where required, use appropriate contractual and data protection arrangements.

Email notifications generated from our forms and other business systems may be delivered using Amazon Simple Email Service (Amazon SES). When an email is sent through Amazon SES, information required to deliver the message, such as sender and recipient addresses, message headers, subject, and message content, is processed through Amazon Web Services infrastructure. We configure and use this service only where necessary for reliable email delivery.

International Data Transfers

Some service providers may process personal data outside the European Economic Area (EEA). Where personal data is transferred to a country outside the EEA, we use services and transfer mechanisms that provide an appropriate basis for such transfers in accordance with applicable data protection law.

Where applicable, these mechanisms may include an adequacy decision adopted by the European Commission, Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs), or other legally recognised safeguards.
